'warning' about my fucking trash can the other day...

yeah... so i got a door-hanger type thing
with the appropriate box checked off:
<font size="4" face="Tempus Sans ITC, Tahoma">the underlined part was what was underlinedOrdinance 0-96-78. Violation of trash can. Can't
be put out before 5 pm before the day of pickup and
<u>must be removed by 7 pm the day of pickup and
stored behind corner of house.</u>
on the door-hanger.
there was also some carbinated ink marks
where 'officer lute' scribbled that he
patroled the area and discovered this 'violation'
on friday at 13:28pm (1.38pm).
(trash day is on thursday)

lmao the first thread about it was fucking funny but omg shatz. cant you do anything you want? are there always guidelines you have to live by? SHIT!
over here we have a rubbish day but no one gives to fucks if you put it out 3 weeks early or 3 weeks late. they dont care wether the bin has been on the side walk for a month since it last got emptied and has maggots.

Gated Community Shatz?
I keep my garbage can out front of my palacial pad either behind a haystack or next to a big tree.
It costs me a few bucks extra every month for a "driveway fee" because they have to drive a quarter mile up the drive to get at the big 105 gallon plastic can.
If you take motorcycle tires and fold them in half they will fit nicely into a large black garbage sack.
Of course the garbage truck dumps loose papers all down the road.Every once in a while you can find a neighbors credit card bill,or some other interesting stuff.
